All in-stock webstore purchases shipped in Canada use Canada Post. US orders either USPS or UPS. Choose your shipping from the options listed on the checkout page. Unless otherwise specified, small orders within Canada and to the U.S. will be sent by regular letter mail (which has no tracking number) Orders larger than what fits in letter mail will be shipped by regular parcel post, which does include a tracking number.

In-stock products will be shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery of shipment depends on location of destination and delivery method chosen.


For shipments to provinces or territories in Canada, Finnex Agencies Ltd. must collect applicable taxes as described here:

Shipments to the U.S. are not subject to Canadian taxes, but do pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees.

I got my tracking information but when I click on it, nothing is available. 

Tracking info is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.

My package says it was delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?

If your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you don't have it, please do the following before contacting us (we don't have any more information than you do):

Ask your neighbors if they may have gotten it by accident.
Consider if someone else in your household might have picked it up or received it and put it somewhere unexpected.
Look around at all the doors of your house (sometimes packages get left at a side door or porch, or fall off the steps).
Talk to your postal carrier and your local post office to see if they have any more information.

My Item(s) arrived broken or damaged, help?

Sometimes the postal carriers are less than careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. Please just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging if possible so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.
