CUSTOM PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns on custom designed products unless there is a visible defect in the product.

Products that have been sold as “Final Sale” items cannot be returned for refund.

STANDARD PRODUCTS

We accept returns of unused non-defective standard products in original packaging with original components up to 15 days after purchase without a restocking charge.

Otherwise, we will consider the goods to be delivered in good condition and the delivery accepted.

POSTAGE

We will reimburse you for the return postage charges if the product is defective or if the return is the result of our error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please do not ship returned items COD as the charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
